NetBoot – minimum requirements of the client computer to be booted via NetBoot until 10.4 and 10.3, what kinds of networking are supported?

FOR CLIENTS RUNNING 10.4 (TIGER):

– 128 MB RAM and 100 Base-T ethernet (switch or hub is ok)

for 10 to 50 clients, 100Base-T and a switch is required by Apple

for more than 50 clients, Gigabit enet is required (but Apple has no official test results for configurations beyond 50 clients)

not supported:
– NetBoot over Airport
