Other than local installation and over-ethernet installation, what other options do you have to install Mac OS X Server?

– connect external optical drive to the system via Firewire cable

– use optical drive on computer connected via firewire

– start the server in Target Disk mode and use another computer to install the server software

– use another server to use NetBoot services to perform a network install
